Renowned company in Caxias do Sul is hiring for the position of **Mid-Level IT Infrastructure Analyst.** **Requirements:** * Higher education or Technical degree in Information Technology, Computer Networks, or related fields; + Knowledge of operating systems (networks, VPN, firewalls, information security); + Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, and OneDrive; + Experience in IT infrastructure. Responsibilities: * Handle IT support tickets and provide user support; * Install, configure, and maintain equipment and systems; * Manage network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls) and monitor performance; * Perform data backup, recovery, and enforce security policies; * Budgeting, purchasing, and tracking of equipment and software; * Assist in managing partners and local or cloud-based infrastructure projects; * Propose improvements and support technical decision-making. Work Environment: Primarily indoor work environment, with occasional travel to another city as required.
