Job Summary: Responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the commercial department, ensuring organization, customer service, system updates, and direct team support. Direct support to managers, supervisors, consultants, and representatives Responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the commercial department, ensuring information organization, customer service, system updates, basic data analysis, and direct support to the manager, supervisors, consultants, and representatives. **Support the commercial department to increase sales efficiency, improve customer experience, and strengthen collaboration among the commercial department, operations, and branches.** Your role ensures agility and quality in customer service, accuracy of commercial information, process organization, and fundamental support for revenue growth and reduction of customer journey failures. * Provide customer service through multiple channels; * Maintain commercial systems and platforms up to date; * Provide direct support to manager, supervisors, consultants, and representatives; * Support pre\-sales and post\-sales activities; * Monitor basic commercial performance indicators; * Participate in proposal development and follow\-ups; * Support VIP and critical customers, analyzing delivery performance; * Maintain interface between commercial, operations, and branches; * Assist in producing and updating commercial materials and campaigns. + Make calls, send e\-mails, and interact with new leads for pre\-qualification; + Update commercial platforms (SSW, SAC Flow, CRM, Check List Fácil, etc.); + Serve customers via phone, e\-mail, WhatsApp, SacFlow, and other channels; + Execute post\-sales for assigned VIP customers; + Conduct simple analysis of customer and delivery performance data; + Accompany in\-person commercial visits with consultants; + Support commercial proposal development and conduct follow\-ups; + Support the team in analyzing indicators such as deliveries, damages, exchanges, and shortages; + Generate basic sales and service reports; + Support commercial campaigns and marketing initiatives when requested; + Assist in producing commercial materials and liaising with suppliers (promotional items, brochures, etc.); + Participate in innovation and commercial improvement projects as assigned. - Completed High School. - **Preferred:** Technical or undergraduate program in progress in Administration, Marketing, Logistics, Commercial, or related fields. + Prior experience in customer service, commercial support, or administrative roles will be considered an advantage.
