




Job Summary: The professional will prepare materials, conduct microbiological analyses on various products, interpret results, and ensure food safety. Key Highlights: 1. Application of food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). **Description:** Prepare culture media, solutions, and other materials required for microbiological analyses. Prepare microscope slides and perform microscopic readings, immediately reporting any non-conforming results to the responsible departments. Perform ATP (swab) analyses to validate sanitation processes in packaging lines and equipment, as needed. Conduct microbiological analyses of juices, wines, and derivatives in accordance with current legislation and internal procedures. Interpret and record microbiological analysis results, releasing compliant products jointly with the Sector Analyst. Hold and forward non-compliant products for reanalysis, collaborating with the technical team for final evaluation. Perform and record environmental monitoring analyses, communicating results to involved departments. Conduct water potability analyses in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Handle additional tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor. Substitute for the Sector Analyst during their legally mandated absences. Apply food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements, contributing to strengthening the food safety culture. Perform activities involving chemicals and flammable substances, in compliance with NR\-20\.
