




Description: MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Administration or related fields; Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field; Proficiency in quality standards and tools, including: ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and ISO 14001; Knowledge and/or training in: APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP, 8D, Metrology, Internal Quality Auditor. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS English (basic or intermediate level); Basic knowledge of: Control, analysis, and time study, as well as Cost analysis; Familiarity with the Solpen system; VDA 6.3 training; ISO 14000 training. * Monitor and oversee the quality management system for products and processes; * Track and analyze customer returns and propose corrective actions (including participation in cross-functional teams); * Train and guide employees on quality management systems; * Implement documents related to the quality management system; * Conduct internal and customer quality audits; * Control product shipment; * Analyze and manage returns of supplier products; * Analyze and deploy customer-specific requirements; * Perform internal audits (for products and processes) and supplier audits; * Visit customers; * Production indicators (reporting and maintenance); * Control and maintenance of calibration equipment/instruments; * Knowledge of ISO 14000; * Coordinate, adapt, and/or update the quality management system according to applicable standards; * Perform other tasks as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor; * Work in compliance with quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental protection standards and procedures; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area; * Monitor and update customer websites. 2512170202551922600
