THE TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT APPRENTICESHIP SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (CNPJ/MF) under numbers 73.471.989/0001-95 and 73.471.963/0001-47, respectively, through the EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, hereby announce the opening of registration for the Recruitment and Selection Process for Personnel, as established in this Notice.
**1. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:**
1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages.
1.2. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the ranking order.
1.3. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes—including any updates or corrections—and its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department.
POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED
2. The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below:
**POSITION:** Social Promotion Coordinator
**EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT).
**BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including dental, psychological, physiotherapeutic, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health insurance plan (with co-payment)—employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the company; dependent(s)’ monthly premium paid by the employee.
2.1. Work schedule and shift rotation will be communicated by the Operational Unit and/or Executive Department to the approved candidate upon notification; the candidate must declare availability for the assigned schedule. Candidates who decline the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process.
**WORKLOAD:** 44 hours per week
**SALARY STRUCTURE:** Base Salary R$ 8,625.44 + Function Allowance R$ 2,875.13 = Total Salary R$ 11,500.57
**UNIT:** Caxias do Sul/RS
**JOB SUMMARY:** Responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, executing, and evaluating activities of the Social Promotion Coordination at the Operational Unit, ensuring the efficiency of SEST’s health and social events and services, in compliance with current health legislation and Executive Department guidelines.
**MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:**
**NOTE:** Proof of the requirements listed below may be requested at any time.
**EDUCATION:**
**Bachelor’s degree completed in one of the following fields:** Psychology, Dentistry, Physical Therapy, Law, Economics, or Business Administration.
Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via:
a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or
b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days after graduation).
**EXPERIENCE:**
1) Proven professional experience in management positions.
2) Proven professional experience in social promotion activities.
**PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, under penalty of document rejection. Proof of the requested professional experience must be demonstrated by:
a) Employer’s statement containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service performed, and detailed description of activities carried out;
b) Or copy of the Worker’s Registration and Social Security Booklet (CTPS), or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the registered role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology equivalent to that required in the Selection Process);
c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
§ Specialization in Human Resource Management, Social Work, or related fields in social promotion.
§ Experience in developing marketing strategies.
§ Experience in developing quality-of-life, health, leisure, and/or cultural programs.
**SYLLABUS:**
**PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):**
Text comprehension and interpretation. Official orthography. New Orthographic Agreement. Graphic accentuation. Punctuation. Use of word classes. Literal and contextual meaning of words. Syntax of agreement and government. Verbal and nominal agreement.
**INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (Common to all positions):**
Internet and Microsoft Office Suite.
**SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE:**
Development and evaluation of Social Promotion projects (Medical, Dental, Sports, Culture, and Leisure); Fundamentals of Physical-Sports, Socio-Recreational, and Artistic-Cultural Activities; Concepts of Quality of Life at Work; Planning of Health Education Actions; Decree No. 3298/99 – National Policy for Persons with Disabilities; Law No. 8069/90 – Statute of the Child and Adolescent; Law No. 10741/03 – Elderly Statute; Law No. 9605/98 – Environmental Law; Law No. 11340/06 – Maria da Penha Act; Law No. 8080/90 – Regulates health actions and services carried out by natural or legal persons, public or private; Law No. 14133/21 – Public Bidding and Contracts, Autonomous Social Services, and knowledge common to the position.
