Job Summary: Maiorca Mineral Water is seeking an Industrial Manager to lead production, maintenance, and supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency and quality in Dias d'Ávila/BA. Requires a completed undergraduate degree and proven experience in industrial management. **Maiorca Mineral Water** is looking for a high-caliber professional to assume the Industrial Management role at our facility in **Dias d'Ávila/BA**. The primary objective is to lead production, maintenance, and supply chain functions, ensuring process efficiency, product quality, and strict compliance with beverage industry regulations. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Manage Maintenance, Production, and Warehouse (raw materials and spare parts) departments. * Monitor and validate technical activities of the Quality Laboratory. * Perform strategic procurement management for raw materials and spare parts required for operations. * Lead the implementation of new projects within the industrial area. * Represent Maiorca institutionally at sector-related agencies and events. * Monitor and guide teams through internal communication channels (WhatsApp). ### **Requirements and Qualifications** * **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree (Engineering, Production Management, or related fields). * **Experience:** Proven experience in industrial management and leadership of multidisciplinary teams. * **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in Excel for KPI tracking and production reporting. * **Profile:** Strong leadership aptitude, systemic vision, proactivity, and excellent negotiation skills. ### **What We Offer** * **Compensation:** To be negotiated (market-competitive). * **Employment Type:** CLT regime. * **Benefits:** Meal/Voucher and Transportation Allowance. * **Working Hours:** To be negotiated (full-time availability required). * **Work Location:** Industrial Unit \- Dias d'Ávila/BA.
