Here, the Leader plays a crucial role at \#KeplerWeber, directly contributing to the performance, engagement, and development of our teams **Your Responsibilities:** Promote People Management within your area of responsibility, encouraging team development through technical and behavioral guidance to maintain quality, safety, and productivity; Plan, monitor, and direct available resources using planning indicators to ensure continuous improvement of goals and results; Analyze daily production and quality reports provided by support teams to identify deviations from production process standards and implement necessary corrective actions; Provide essential information to the next shift's responsible team through reports and verbal updates to ensure smooth and accurate process continuity; Compile production data and equipment performance monitoring information through reports and manual records to support overall production control; Support your team and any third\-party teams under your supervision regarding equipment operation, guiding necessary interventions to maintain process continuity while meeting quality and safety requirements. **Requirements and Skills:** Ongoing Bachelor's degree; Experience in people management; Availability to work in Panambi; Lean tools knowledge is a plus. **EVEN MORE IMPORTANTLY:** ‍ All our positions are open to people with disabilities!
