Responsibilities: * Define and maintain the IT architecture (infrastructure, cloud, and hybrid) aligned with the company's strategy. * Ensure cybersecurity policies, processes, controls, and regulatory compliance. * Collaborate with development, ERP, and business teams to define technical standards, integrations, and infrastructure requirements. * Plan, execute, and monitor projects (datacenter, networks, cloud, storage, backup, M365), ensuring deadlines, budget, and scope. * Map trends, evaluate new technologies, and propose improvements to the IT architecture and services. * Administer public, private, and hybrid cloud environments, including orchestration, cost management, and performance optimization. * Manage users, security, compliance, collaboration, and governance of the M365 suite. * Ensure availability, reliability, and scalability of the corporate network. * Implement and maintain tools enabling proactive monitoring of the environment and issue resolution before business impact. * Monitor critical incidents and problems, defining action plans and continuous improvement strategies. * Act as a technical mentor, promoting team training and professional development. * Promote integration between field support, remote support, and infrastructure teams. * Identify technology opportunities that improve processes and create competitive advantages. * Lead technological upgrades of servers, networks, enterprise applications, and collaboration tools. * Support managers and teams in defining solutions, architecture, and strategic IT decisions.
