Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated by: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days following degree completion). PROVEN PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN DOORMAN OR SECURITY ACTIVITIES. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence submitted must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated by: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Or copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification page and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS registration uses terminology directly related to the position required in this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying the activities performed, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
