Grow and develop with us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Serve as the technical reference in the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with current legislation, promoting the rational use of medications, delivering qualified pharmaceutical care, and contributing to business results and excellence in customer service. **1. Customer Assistance and Service** * Provide empathetic customer service, interpreting prescriptions and advising on medication usage, dosage, interactions, and side effects. * Clarify questions from customers and staff by conducting research and consulting reliable sources. * Ensure safe and effective dispensing of medications, including psychotropic drugs and antibiotics. **2. Technical and Regulatory Management** * Serve as the official technical representative of the establishment before regulatory bodies (CRF, Health Surveillance, ANVISA, etc.). * Ensure documentary compliance: permits, authorizations, licenses, contracts, and mandatory registrations. * Maintain up-to-date SNGPC records, submit movement reports, and monitor discrepancies. **3. Operational Processes and Quality** * Keep Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Practices Manual, and PGRSS updated and ensure daily implementation. * Guarantee hygiene, organization, and operational compliance of the department per sanitary standards. * Monitor ambient and equipment temperatures with updated records. **6.
