The Process Engineering Analyst is the professional responsible for ensuring efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement in printed circuit board (PCB) production. Acts in programming, configuring, and maintaining SMT assembly equipment and PTH component insertion processes, always aligned with advanced manufacturing best practices and Industry 4\.0 principles, with a focus on SMT (Surface Mount Technology) and PTH (Plated Through\-Hole) processes. Responsibilities: * Professional with experience in programming and operating SMT and PTH machines, working in configuration, optimization, and control of electronic production processes. Specialist in process optimization using Lean methodologies (Kaizen, PDCA, VSM) to eliminate waste and increase efficiency. * Solid experience in problem solving, using root cause analysis tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D) and implementing corrective and preventive actions to ensure process stability. Experience in technical support and maintenance (preventive, corrective, and predictive), in partnership with internal teams and suppliers. * Analytical ability to monitor and interpret production KPIs (OEE, FPY, DPMO), applying statistics (SPC, DOE) in decision making.
