Job Summary: A professional responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical, electronic, mechanical, refrigeration/climatization, and hydraulic systems, as well as guiding and training new employees. Key Highlights: 1. Perform various preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. 2. Guide and train new employees. 3. Supervise the installation of machines and equipment. Maintenance Technician for the city of **Passo Fundo / RS** **Work schedule: Monday to Saturday; Sunday on rotating shift.** **Responsibilities:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical, electronic, mechanical, refrigeration/climatization, and hydraulic nature, occasionally supervising civil works carried out by third parties, according to demand and within established deadlines, to maximize the use of available resources. • Request replacement materials, parts, and equipment required to perform maintenance tasks. • Keep the workplace (and other shared areas) organized, clean, and hygienic, in accordance with the Company's quality, safety, hygiene, health, and environmental preservation standards. * Guide and train new employees, suggesting improvements to operational procedures, thereby serving as a technical reference. * Carry out and supervise the installation of machines and equipment, following manufacturer safety guidelines and Company standards. **Company Offers:** * Health insurance (Unimed) and dental plan, effective after 90 days * On-site meals * Transportation allowance * Bonus for working on Sundays and holidays * Profit-sharing program * Training for all positions.
