We want you on this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Area of Focus** The Senior Manufacturing Coordinator will be responsible for leading the team using people management methodologies, aiming to foster behavioral development and technical qualification while promoting the organization’s culture. They will be accountable for driving results, optimizing processes, and executing actions under their responsibility through planning and monitoring of human, economic, material, and technological resources—with emphasis on quality and achievement of established objectives. They will continuously improve processes by identifying and promoting innovations and differentiated solutions, validating the applicability of new technologies, knowledge/practices, and tools; additionally, they will contribute to deploying business strategies by defining plans and actions within their area to achieve objectives. **Main Responsibilities and Deliverables** * Lead the team with focus on technical and behavioral development, aiming for engagement and achievement of results; * Be accountable for productivity, punctuality, and quality within their business unit, ensuring delivery of products to end customers; * Engage in client negotiations regarding deliveries, ensuring client needs are met without violating company policies; * Oversee, control, and execute activities related to production planning and control, ensuring adherence to planning and scheduling of labor, machinery, raw material inventories, and secondary materials—meeting predefined standards, volumes, and deadlines; * Manage business performance (productivity, cost, punctuality, and quality indicators), driving financial outcomes and customer satisfaction; * Promote process improvement initiatives aimed at continuous improvement and operational excellence; * Monitor and ensure compliance with operational safety regulations; * Champion cultural initiatives with the coordinator team to support the evolution of the manufacturing environment. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Master’s degree completed in Engineering or related fields; * Preferred: Master’s degree in Manufacturing Management, Industrial Management, Business Management, or related fields; * Proficiency and practical experience with quality tools; * Proficiency and practical experience in production processes, production scheduling, and lean manufacturing; * Knowledge of HR policies; * Proficiency and practical experience in people management; * Willingness to relocate and reside in Panambi/RS; * English language proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is desirable; **Additional Information*** **Health Insurance (Unimed Estadual)** * **Pharmaceutical Assistance (Funcional)** * **Dental Plan (Odontroprev)** * **Eyeglass Allowance** * **On-site Restaurant** * **Recreational Association** * **Internal Cafeteria** * **Benefits Club (Discounts with partner companies)** * **Gym** * **Library** * **Transportation Voucher** * **Profit Sharing (PLR)** * **Education Assistance (per collective bargaining agreement)** * **Educational Support Program (per eligibility rules)** * **Career Development / Performance Management Program** In 1947, in the city of Panambi, in the northwest region of Rio Grande do Sul, Bruning began its journey servicing harvesters—a rapidly expanding business at the time.
