Job Summary: As a Production Leader at Bruning, you will be responsible for managing teams, optimizing production processes, and ensuring execution and monitoring of area activities with a focus on results and continuous improvement. We want you on this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** At Bruning, the Production Leader will be responsible for executing and monitoring processes within their area of operation to ensure achievement of results, focusing on quality, deadlines, cost, and continuous improvement/technology. They will train and technically and operationally support the team under their responsibility. They will propose and implement innovations and improvements in their area’s processes, evaluating outcomes against company objectives and/or strategies.
