Every professional is unique, and our motivation is to see everyone walk a path to success—generating prosperity for themselves and the entire company. **Responsibilities and Duties** At Bruning, the Operational Excellence Analyst will perform technical and operational activities across processes and routines, develop technical solutions within their area of expertise related to products, processes, and/or business operations. They will propose and implement process innovations and improvements, evaluating results against defined objectives and/or corporate strategies. They will provide technical and operational guidance to work teams and other company departments, supporting decision-making by generating information, delivering analyses, and providing technical opinions. **Main Activities** * Map and implement improvement opportunities in workflows; * Lead projects related to improving the efficiency and productivity of company assets; * Propose and implement improvements to existing work methods, pursuing process refinement and continuous improvement; * Train and qualify teams according to the Bruning Production System methodologies; * Perform other duties inherent to or related to the position, as requested by management; * Conduct audits and lead action plans related to the Bruning Production System methodologies; * Apply flow knowledge to propose, design, and implement macro- and micro-factory and administrative layouts, refining and updating the Bruning Master Plan; * Standardize key aspects of the Bruning Master Plan, aiming for optimal use of factory space and optimization of production flows. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in project management; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools; * Postgraduate studies in project management, process management, or production are desirable; * Availability to work onsite in Panambi/RS. **Additional Information** * **Health Insurance (Unimed State Plan)** * **Pharmaceutical Assistance (Functional)** * **Dental Plan (Odontroprev)** * **Eyeglass Allowance** * **On-site Restaurant** * **Recreational Association** * **Internal Cafeteria** * **Benefits Club (Discounts with partner companies)** * **Gym** * **Library** * **Transportation Allowance** * **Profit Sharing (PLR)** * **Education Assistance (per collective agreement)** * **Educational Assistance Program (per eligibility rules)** * **Career Development / Performance Management Program** In 1947, in the city of Panambi, in the northwest region of Rio Grande do Sul, Bruning began its journey servicing harvesters—a booming business at the time.
