* Lead the resolution of product and process non-conformities, meeting customer and stakeholder expectations, providing technical support to Production and other Support Areas. **Responsibilities and duties** * Monitor the production process, providing technical support and acting in the resolution of product and process non-conformities; * Participate in strategic meetings, providing technical support for decision-making together with customers, suppliers and stakeholders; * Conduct technical tests and analyses in order to propose improvements in products and processes; * Validate, together with production, the method to be used in containment actions at Tromink warehouse, ensuring process accuracy; * Validate, together with production, rework performed on NOK parts, ensuring the quality of the reworked part(s); * Perform root cause analyses related to non-conformities and, if necessary, engage a cross-functional team to ensure the analysis is accurate and robust; * Coordinate corrective actions with other Support Areas, including: opening SO, SAEI and SAP, to mitigate the likelihood of recurrence of the failure mode. **Requirements and qualifications** * Basic Education: Completed Technical Course in Mechanical Engineering; * Desired: Undergraduate degree in progress in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or related fields; Experience in similar activities. * Tromink began its operations on October 14, 1992, selling raw materials to local companies.
