Strategic involvement to enhance operational efficiency and growth Rota Smart is seeking an **Operations Manager** to lead operations at our unit in **Santo Ângelo/RS.** We seek a professional with leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset—capable of leading operational teams, ensuring service quality, and contributing to the unit’s operational efficiency. ### **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the unit’s operational team * Coordinate patrol activities and technical teams * Ensure service delivery complies with company standards and procedures * Monitor operational KPIs and team performance * Conduct technical inspections and ensure service quality * Supervise inventory, infrastructure, and unit resources * Design and improve operational processes * Conduct performance evaluations and support team development ### **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Management, Logistics, Security, or related fields) * Experience managing operational teams * Strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills * Flexible availability * Driver’s license AB * **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in security or service sectors * Familiarity with operational routines, process management, and inventory control **Work Location: Santo Ângelo/RS** ### **✅ What We Expect from This Leader** We seek a leader who demonstrates **ownership mindset, ability to organize and develop teams, and commitment to results**.
