Customer reception and workshop organization JOB OBJECTIVE Assist the mechanical team in vehicle maintenance and support other workshop activities, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality work. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in receiving and unloading new vehicles arriving from the factory or other locations; Conduct inspections on new vehicles to identify possible damages; Check mechanical, electrical, safety, and finish conditions of in-stock vehicles; Assist in issuing service orders and estimates; Forward defective vehicles for warranty claims or insurance processing; Support organizing the vehicle inventory by model, color, etc.; Monitor vehicle maintenance and repair processes; Support organizing the workshop and after-sales department; Receive workshop customers (with or without appointments); Answer questions and offer additional products and services; Direct vehicles for washing and verify Recall requirements; Verify and forward parts and reports to the warranty department; Maintain tool organization and comply with hygiene and safety regulations.
