Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates teams, plans maintenance activities, develops electrical and device projects, and manages the material quotation and inspection process. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and supervision of maintenance teams 2. Development and execution of electrical and device projects 3. Strategic management of preventive and corrective maintenance Schedule and supervise installation work performed by internal teams and third parties; Schedule and supervise machine shutdowns for preventive and corrective maintenance; Develop device design projects for machines and equipment; Assist procurement in quotations and monitoring of third-party maintenance services whenever necessary; Supervise receipt and inspection of maintenance materials; Supervise and coordinate the maintenance department team; Perform people management for the team, including planning vacations, monitoring working hours, performance evaluations, dismissals, absences, etc.; Design electrical projects and execute them; Perform general maintenance tasks; Supervise the yard and boiler together with personnel responsible for those areas; Identify required spare parts for projects and daily tasks; Participate in new projects; Fabricate new equipment when necessary; Seek new partners; Guide and train new employees; Monitor wastewater treatment plant (ETE) and lagoon operations; Check the operation of the machinery room.
