Monitors connections and maintains direct contact with users COMMERCIAL AGENT (METER READER) Provides customer service and commercial operational support. Conducts connection inspections, meter reading transmission, bill and notification deliveries, water meter replacements, disconnections and reconnections (except in Manaus), payment installment arrangements, and customer record updates. Reports frauds, leaks, and irregularities; offers water supply and sewage collection services; monitors connections; and maintains direct contact with users. Complies with regulations and operates vehicles safely. Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) Desired Education: High School (Secondary Education) Driver's License: Class B
