Job Summary: Responsible for water meter reading and re-reading, inspection, water service disconnections and reconnections, identification of irregularities, and simple maintenance to ensure accurate consumption measurement. Perform simple maintenance and custodial tasks **Responsibilities:** * Conduct **water meter reading and re-reading**, inspect connections, and perform **water service disconnections and reconnections** (as per locality); * **Identify and report frauds, leaks, and irregularities** in water and sewage connections; * **Update customer records**, deliver bills, informational materials, and notifications; * **Assist users**, provide information about services, and support customer satisfaction surveys; * Perform **simple maintenance tasks**, such as water meter replacement, standardization of meter pedestals, and repairs (except in Manaus); * **Operate service vehicles** safely and maintain work equipment; * Comply with standards for **quality, environment, and occupational safety**. **Objective:** Ensure accurate measurement of water consumption, contribute to continuous service improvement, and maintain positive customer relationships.
