More recently, we launched Agrofel Financial Solutions, which, combined with Agrofel Bank, consolidates our integrated solutions platform, expanding opportunities for rural producers to prosper and grow their businesses throughout the entire crop production cycle. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Issue Purchase Orders (POs) for procurement and service contracting at the Unit according to company procedures, and obtain supporting documentation from suppliers for payment of Autonomous Payment Receipts (RPA’s). * Execute the Unit’s personnel administration activities—including hiring, termination, vacations, medical exam referrals, timekeeping, PPE requisitions, etc.—in coordination with and in accordance with the People Department’s procedures. * Receive regulatory inspections during on-site visits to the Unit and support related requests. * Monitor expiration dates of permits and other licenses required for issuing invoices, as well as verify invoice status with SEFAZ as needed. * Ensure expense and spending verification for the Unit’s corporate card transactions, in accordance with company procedures. * Monitor the Unit’s Accounts Receivable and identify deposits, as well as ensure proper allocation of payments for financial expenses related to the Unit. * Monitor and respond to external and/or internal audit-related requests and processes. * Control, request, and store preliminary injunctions filed by clients claiming exemption from Funrural. * Monitor expiration dates of permits and other licenses required for issuing invoices, as well as verify invoice status with SEFAZ as needed. * Monitor the Unit’s Accounts Receivable and identify deposits, as well as ensure proper allocation of payments for grain contracts and other financial expenses related to the Unit. * Maintain the Unit’s upkeep, hygiene, and presentation. * Support and assist in inventory control (where applicable to the Unit’s structure), including physical counts and/or reconciliations performed jointly with the team. * Resolve outstanding client grain balances, monitor pending balances (financial discounts/physical reconciliations), and justify and document such items accordingly. * Process credit release requests based on information and assessments provided by the Commercial Department. * Issue grain purchase contracts (available purchase model and lot), collecting signatures and supplementary documents. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree Strong organizational and communication skills Basic knowledge of tax and accounting principles. **Additional Information** Unimed Health Plan; Dental Plan; Life Insurance; Annual Profit-Sharing Bonus (PLR).
