If you master steel technology and know how to lead teams with focus on precision and productivity, this position is for you! **What We Seek (Requirements):** * **Proven Experience:** Experience as a Site Supervisor or Foreman, with solid hands-on expertise in dry construction systems (Steel Frame). * **Technical Drawing Interpretation:** Full proficiency in architectural drawings and, especially, **structural assembly drawings (assembly manuals)**. * **Process Knowledge:** Experience with foundation layout (raft slabs), panel assembly, bracing installation, enclosures (OSB panels, cementitious boards, drywall), and vapor barriers. * **Material Management:** Strict control over inventory and waste of profiles, screws, and system-specific components. * **Safety:** Familiarity with safety regulations (NR\-18 and NR\-35\). **Behavioral Profile:** * **Leadership and Management:** Ability to coordinate assembly teams, ensuring compliance with the accelerated Steel Frame schedule. * **Precision and Attention to Detail:** In Steel Frame, millimeters matter. We seek someone rigorous regarding plumb, level, and square. * **Assertive Communication:** Ease of interaction with engineering and planning departments. * **Problem Solving:** Agility in handling on-site technical adjustments without compromising system integrity. * **Organization:** Full focus on site cleanliness and organization (essential for assembly logistics).
