You might be exactly who we’re looking for! **Your challenges as a Corporate Relationship Manager:** * A position focused on managing the Corporate Client Portfolio; * The Corporate Portfolio Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the membership portfolio, ensuring member satisfaction and loyalty; * Achieve established goals within defined deadlines, taking full accountability for actions and their outcomes; * Develop and implement relationship-building strategies with members to ensure sustainable portfolio growth; * Conduct periodic visits to members to identify needs, propose solutions, and monitor implementation of offered services; * Provide personalized, high-quality, and efficient service to members, guiding them on using the Cooperative’s products and services to enhance retention and loyalty; * Negotiate contracts and commercial terms, ensuring profitability and competitiveness of proposals; * Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee delivery of high-quality service; * Participate in events and trade fairs, as required, to promote the Cooperative and attract new members; * Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies that may impact the business; * Candidates must possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills, as well as strategic thinking and a results-oriented mindset. **Requirements:** **Here are the skills we require:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Strong communication skills; * Ability to interact effectively with people; * Proficiency in calculations and logical reasoning; * Agility and proactivity; * Ability to work collaboratively in teams; * Skills and experience in customer service and negotiation/sales; * Proficiency in Office 365\. Oh!
