Tromink began operations on October 14, 1992, distributing supplies to local companies. Shortly after its founding, Tromink’s founder identified service outsourcing as an emerging market niche and recognized industry as the core purpose of his business. Since then, maintaining close attention to market trends, the company began developing its own products targeting the agricultural sector, manufacturing components for grain storage units. With a committed and engaged team of professionals, Tromink gradually became a reference in agribusiness solutions. In 2009, the company expanded into new markets, entering the agricultural implements segment. Today, Tromink supplies major domestic agricultural equipment manufacturers with parts for harvesters, planters, and tractors. Thirty years have passed—filled with challenges, opportunities, and achievements—and today Tromink operates across grain storage, agricultural equipment manufacturing, and civil construction segments. Currently, Tromink employs 700 people, headquartered in Panambi/RS, with an additional facility in Rio Verde/GO. With this dedicated team, Tromink has expanded beyond national borders, serving customers across Latin America, Europe, and the United States. **VALUES GUIDING OUR WORK:** **Ethics** **Results Orientation** **People Appreciation** **Customer Value Creation** **Pursuit of Technological and Sustainable Advancement**
