Checking product expiration dates and performing basic inventory control A convenience store is seeking a Bakery Assistant in Santo Ângelo (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Heat and finish products such as bread, savory snacks, and sandwiches. Organize and stock display cases and shelves. Package and label products. Restock items during business hours. Serve customers at the counter when necessary. Maintain the bakery area clean and organized. Sanitize utensils and equipment. Check product expiration dates and quality. Perform basic inventory control of products. Assist in receiving goods. Follow food hygiene and safety regulations. Ensure products are presented attractively for sale. Previous experience as a Bakery Helper, Food Production Operator, Kitchen Assistant, or Pastry Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
