GS Inima Brasil \| Triunfo \- RS \| In-person Job Description The Apprentice will participate in a Professional Development Program conducted entirely at SENAI, attending theoretical and practical classes in a training environment ‍ ️. Their responsibility will be to complete the educational program, comply with the training institution's regulations, and develop technical and behavioral competencies related to the contracted technical course. Competitive Apprentice Salary: It's an incentive; development is more important; ️ Pluxee Card (VA and/or VR): A great support for daily meals / food; Christmas Basket: A special gesture at year-end; Health Insurance Plan: Comprehensive care for you; Dental Insurance Plan: Always up-to-date oral health; ️ Life Insurance at no cost: Protection for you; Transportation Allowance: Ease of daily commuting; Medication Assistance: Financial support for treatments and prescriptions; ️ Wellhub: Access to gyms and physical activities; Pluxee Cuida: Psychological, social, nutritional support, and legal and financial counseling; Responsibilities and Duties Attend theoretical and practical classes offered by SENAI according to the course curriculum; Fully comply with the daily and weekly training schedule, including class hours, minimum attendance requirements, and academic calendar; Follow all rules outlined in SENAI’s School Regulations, including discipline, conduct, and safety rules; Perform practical activities in simulated environments exclusively within SENAI, according to the course’s teaching methodology; Maintain satisfactory academic performance, keeping up with assessments, projects, and technical activities outlined in the pedagogical plan; Submit attendance certificates, grades, and reports issued by SENAI to HR/manager upon request; Take care of materials, equipment, and facilities used during the training process; Demonstrate ethical conduct, respect for coexistence norms, and alignment with company culture; Develop technical and socioemotional competencies specified in the program, including communication, organization, responsibility, and teamwork; Fully comply with SENAI’s academic calendar, including recess periods defined by the training institution; Properly use mandatory PPE required by SENAI, when applicable to the course. Represent the company responsibly and committedly throughout participation in the program. Requirements and Qualifications ✅ Enrolled in the Apprenticeship Program in Electromechanical, Electroelectronics, or Electrotechnical-Mechanical fields; ✅ Between 14 and 24 years old (not yet completed); ✅ No prior formal work experience; ✅ Availability to attend training at SENAI from Monday to Friday, 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; ✅ Commitment to attendance, punctuality, and the training institution’s rules; ✅ Ability to commute to the school; ✅ Proper use of required PPE, when applicable to the course; ✅ Submission of basic documentation for hiring; ✅ For applicants under 18: presence of a legal guardian when requested.
