Come build your professional journey. **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in Daily Safety Talks (DDS), guiding employees on associated risks; * Inspect company premises, facilities, and equipment to identify accident risk factors, point out deviations, and propose improvements; * Evaluate and monitor employee performance in operating underground mine equipment, providing necessary guidance; * Monitor occupational health hazards, identifying risks and proposing mitigation measures; * Participate in area safety committee meetings, supporting decision-making and action plans; * Participate in audits, support CIPAMIN activities, assist in implementing the Risk Management Plan (PGR), monitor technical deliveries of equipment, prepare presentations, control occupational safety documentation, and monitor the fire suppression system; * Participate in accident, incident, and near-miss investigations, supporting root cause analysis and, when required, issuing the Work Accident Communication (CAT); * Train and/or retrain employees on safety regulations and/or specific area-related topics; * Assist in developing and reviewing operational procedures and occupational safety standards and procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Technical degree in Occupational Safety; * Microsoft Office Suite (intermediate level); * Familiarity with the Protheus system is desirable. **Additional Information** Willingness to reside in the interior of the State of Mato Grosso - MT; Willingness to work rotating shifts. #### **We are Ero, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We belong to a global group headquartered in Canada, with a strong presence in Brazil.
