Multidisciplinary engineering perspective **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Work in the company's Research and Development area, focusing on innovation; perform validation, try-outs, field tests, and adjustments to deliverables, focusing on mechatronic system integration in high-complexity projects, ensuring efficiency and reliability. Support the development engineering team with a multidisciplinary perspective and the ability to anticipate integration issues between mechanical and electrical components. Apply prior maintenance experience—essential for proposing more practical, durable, and field-accessible solutions. Support other company departments by traveling to monitor ongoing projects. **REQUIREMENTS:** Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical / Production / Mechatronics), Technology (Technologist), or related fields, with a solid foundation in mechanical and electrical disciplines; complementary education is desirable. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electromechanical systems. Electrical knowledge, including interpretation of diagrams, control panels, and system integration. Proficiency in CAD software, preferably SolidWorks or Siemens NX. Willingness to travel for prototype monitoring, testing, and customer/partner support.
