We have an opening for you to become a Business Banking Specialist (B1\), where you will be hired as a Specialist — the primary expert in your area. Your role will include: • Managing and monetizing corporate (PJ) client portfolios, ensuring close relationships, consultative service, and financial solutions aligned with each client’s needs; • Conducting a 100% field-based routine involving client visits; • Expanding the client base, focusing on companies with annual revenue between R$500,000 and R$10 million; • Managing portfolio risk to ensure business quality and sustainable growth; • Delivering excellent service, ensuring customer satisfaction and personalized attention. For this role, we value: • CPA\-10 certification (ANBIMA), with CPA\-20 as a plus; • Completed undergraduate degree; postgraduate qualification is a plus; • Experience managing corporate (PJ) client portfolios; • Experience with credit products; • Discipline in executing the established model; • Strong oral and written communication skills, empathy, and relationship-building ability; • Strong commercial and negotiation skills; • Experience with clients having up to R$10 million in annual revenue will be considered a plus.
