Job Summary: IT Technical Support professional to assist, guide, and resolve IT incidents by installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware, software, and applications. Key Highlights: 1. Perform identification, diagnosis, resolution, and monitoring of incidents/service requests within Technical Support for Information Technology users, in accordance with predefined standards. Provide initial support and/or escalate specific technical requests when necessary. Perform hardware, software, and application installation, configuration, and maintenance activities in accordance with predefined standards. Assist with backup procedures, disk space management, user registration/deletion, and file organization and maintenance. Assist in preparing reports, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the area. Assist in tracking the status of Information Technology Management services. Manage inventory of materials within the area.
