Description: * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering: Production, Mechanical, Electrical; Industrial Processes or related fields; * Proficiency in knowledge required for operations in material cutting and forming, machining, welding, liquid and electrostatic painting, and industrial assembly; * Experience in similar activities; * Availability to work the 2nd shift (5:00 PM to 2:08 AM). * Responsible for production during off-hours shifts (i.e., shifts opposite those of the Production Process Coordinators), ensuring manufacturing process productivity, appropriate conduct of personnel, and safeguarding company assets; * Report to Production Management regarding improvement needs to fulfill responsibilities defined in the General Production Coordinator job description; * Receive and communicate relevant and strategic information to other coordinators during shift handovers, aiming to achieve the company’s objectives of Quality, On-Time Delivery, and Profitability; * Support operational leaders in production processes and provide assistance regarding infrastructure resources, information, and production support as needed; * Engage production personnel to ensure satisfactory commitment toward achieving the company’s established goals. 2512130202201777683
