Job Summary: A professional to operate welding robots, control process parameters, perform routine maintenance, conduct inspections and finishing of parts, as well as record traceability and performance data. Execute robotic welding processes. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate welding robots and oversee operational production processes; * Control material application parameters and perform routine maintenance on robots; * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections according to manufacturing orders; * Remove welding spatter and finish parts; * Record data for operational traceability; * Record performance indicators for your workstation; * Participate in daily production management meetings; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Knowledge of welding methods and equipment; * Knowledge of welding materials; * Basic computer skills; * Training in Robotic Cell Operation; * Certification in welding processes for specific positions; * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings; * Metrology; Tromink began operations on October 14, 1992, distributing supplies to local companies.
