




**Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform hydraulic maintenance, such as: faucet replacement, component replacement, repair of hydraulic valves and floor valves, toilet bowls, faucets, wiring, piping, etc., according to maintenance requirements and workplace safety standards, ensuring the proper operational condition of hydraulic systems and compliance with safety, hygiene, quality, and environmental protection standards; * Perform building electrical maintenance at the Unit, including lamp, ballast, circuit breaker (in electrical panels), switch, air conditioner motor replacements, socket installation, generator and UPS refueling, as required and per safety standards, ensuring proper operation of electrical systems; * Activate the substation and primary switchgear in case of power outage, using personal protective equipment (gloves, etc.), by operating the lever and button, thereby automatically activating generator lights to prevent losses caused by electrical instability; * Perform welding services, using an electric welding machine for welding components, partitions, etc.; * Perform maintenance on basic refrigeration systems and compressors, ensuring proper equipment operation; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education in Electrotechnology or related fields; * Prior experience in this role is required; * Availability to work flexible hours; **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * 30% Hazard Pay; * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Transportation Allowance; * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; * Life Insurance; **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00.
