Would you like to join the company with the **most comprehensive agribusiness ecosystem in Brazil**? **Then grow with us!** **\#join3tentos** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the corporate maintenance strategy for biodiesel plants, ensuring asset reliability and operational efficiency; * Work closely with operations, providing technical support to units based on hands-on field experience; * Structure and ensure governance of PCM (Planning, Programming, and Control of Maintenance); * Define and monitor KPIs and action plans, focusing on OEE and downtime reduction; * Support the implementation and evolution of PCM in SAP (PM module), ensuring data quality; * Develop maintenance plans, criticality matrices, and reliability strategies; * Manage spare parts strategy in coordination with warehouse operations; * Lead failure analysis, eliminate recurrence, and manage losses; * Standardize processes and routines across industrial units; * Ensure compliance with safety regulations (NRs) and best maintenance practices. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, or related fields), with postgraduate studies or an MBA in related areas; * Solid experience in industrial maintenance, with strong expertise in PCM, including corporate maintenance structuring and PCM implementation; * Experience with ERP SAP/PM and integrated maintenance management systems; * Experience in corporate and/or multi-plant environments, with focus on standardization and operational efficiency; * Experience in asset management, reliability, and failure analysis (e.g., FMEA, RCA); * Knowledge of predictive and proactive maintenance methodologies (vibration, thermography, etc.); * Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and continuous improvement; * Strong hands-on industrial field experience, with ability to provide technical support to operations; * Experience with criticality matrices and spare parts management; * Prior experience in biodiesel, crushing, or agro-industrial plants; * Willingness to work in Ijuí/RS, Cruz Alta/RS, and Vera/MT, with possibility of residing in any of these locations and traveling for business purposes. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance or food voucher; * On-site cafeteria; * Dental plan; * Unimed health insurance; * Life insurance; * Annual profit-sharing program (PPR); * Discount partnership program with educational institutions. *Please monitor your* ***e\-mail****(including spam/junk folder) and* ***telephone****number registered with us, as all further communications regarding next steps will be sent via these channels!* **Welcome to 3tentos!** We are a family-owned company operating in the **agribusiness sector**, guided by the **integrity, trust, and honesty** of the people who built this story.
