Job Summary: The professional will work in the IT department, providing support for computer systems, analyzing and interpreting data to support decision-making and optimize processes. Description: * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Proven experience in the data domain; * Intermediate level of English; * Knowledge of computer systems and programming languages, with emphasis on SQL; * Experience with Big Data and Data Warehouse technologies; * Hands-on experience in Data Analysis, Solution Design, ETL, Reporting, and dashboard creation. * Perform IT-related activities concerning computer systems, providing support to other departments and assisting in data-informed decision-making, as well as fulfilling other duties associated with the role; * Conduct analysis and interpretation of results using statistical tools to formulate business answers; * Acquire and maintain data from primary or secondary sources; * Develop database queries using SQL or PL/SQL; * Identify process improvement opportunities by analyzing trends and patterns in data; * Implement data-based indicators and processes to explore information and connect business areas; * Develop and implement data analyses and strategies to optimize statistical efficiency; * Read, extract, transform, prepare, and load data into selected tools as required; * Coordinate the implementation of data-based indicators and processes; * Propose new dashboards and strategic analyses; * Interact with system vendors to resolve issues and implement improvements; * Analyze proposals/budgets for system modifications and validate requests. 2512250202491533441
