You will be responsible for standardizing processes, optimizing service delivery, and ensuring service safety and quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage and supervise cleaning and security teams, ensuring efficient execution of tasks; * Plan, organize, and oversee daily operational routines for cleaning, maintenance, and asset security; * Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and institutional procedural standards; * Monitor team performance indicators and propose continuous improvements; * Coordinate shift scheduling, post coverage, and emergency demand management; * Maintain an organized, safe, and appropriate environment for employees and institution users. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Preferably specialized in Human Resource Management, Process Management, Service Management, or related fields; * Proven experience in leadership roles, preferably in cleaning or armed asset security; * Knowledge of operational team management (cleaning, maintenance, and security); * Experience in organizing, standardizing, and optimizing operational processes; * Familiarity with labor legislation; * Ability to make decisions and solve problems in daily operations; * Proficiency in computer tools (Google Workspace or similar); * Availability to work 38 hours per week, during morning and afternoon shifts. **Additional Information** * Position: Specialist I * Working hours: 38 hours per week * Remuneration: Salary around R$ 6\.500,00 * Benefits: Company-sponsored subsidized dental plan, health insurance subsidy, education discounts for employee and dependents, and childcare assistance.
