You are applying for the position of **Quality Supervisor.** **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise laboratory activities, ensuring proper execution of physicochemical and microbiological analyses of raw materials, packaging, inputs, in-process products, and finished products. * Monitor processing stages, ensuring compliance with quality standards, internal procedures, and legal requirements. * Manage laboratory resources and routines to ensure efficiency, result reliability, and adherence to deadlines. * Conduct internal audits, track action plans, and ensure maintenance of quality management systems. * Promote continuous improvement of product quality, aiming for customer and consumer satisfaction. **What We Expect From You:** * Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biology, Pharmacy, or related fields. * Experience in quality control laboratories within the food industry, preferably dairy. * Knowledge of physicochemical and microbiological analyses, GMP, HACCP/APPCC, and current legislation. * Experience conducting internal audits and managing non-conformities. * Analytical, organized profile with leadership skills.
