Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst to develop and maintain technological solutions, with a focus on TOTVS RM reports and internal system enhancements, while strategically supporting departments.

We seek a Senior Systems Analyst to work on the development and maintenance of the institution's technological solutions, focusing on **TOTVS RM system reports** and the evolution of the university's internal systems. This professional will play a strategic role in supporting departments, ensuring quality, efficiency, and innovation in deliverables.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Develop, customize, and maintain **reports in the TOTVS RM system**;
* Address development and maintenance requests for institutional systems;
* Conduct requirements analysis together with requesting departments;
* Develop and optimize queries in **SQL**;
* Create and maintain **APIs** for system integration;
* Support ongoing maintenance and continuous improvement of existing solutions;
* Ensure application quality, performance, and security;
* Support users and internal departments in system usage;
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed undergraduate degree in **Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields**;
* Solid experience in **Systems Analysis**;
* Experience with **SQL language**;
* Experience with **configuration and report development in TOTVS RM**;
* Knowledge of **API development**;
* Commitment and ability to work effectively in teams.
**Additional Information**
* Position: Analyst IV
* Workload: 40 hours per week (morning and afternoon shifts)
* Remuneration: Salary around R$ 5\.700,00
