THE TRANSPORT SOCIAL SERVICE (SEST) AND THE NATIONAL TRANSPORT APPRENTICESHIP SERVICE (SENAT), registered with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service under numbers 73.471.989/0001-95 and 73.471.963/0001-47, respectively, hereby announce, through their EXECUTIVE DEPARTMENT, the opening of registrations for the Personnel Recruitment and Selection Process, as established in this Notice. **1. PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1.1. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. The process will consist of eliminatory and classificatory stages. 1.2. Candidates who pass the selection process may be called to assume the position within the validity period of the selection process, respecting the classification order. 1.3. The selection process shall be governed by this Notice, its Annexes—including any updates or corrections—and its implementation shall be carried out by the Human Resources Management of the SEST SENAT Executive Department. POSITIONS, VACANCIES, AND SALARIES OFFERED 2. This Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Apprentice Assistant – Initial and Continuing Education **HIRING METHOD:** Fixed-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidated Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental care, psychological counseling, physiotherapy, and nutritional guidance; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly work schedule. Additional services offered by Operational Units are extended to employees and their dependents. Life insurance. Health plan (with co-payment)—employee’s monthly premium fully covered by the employer; dependent(s)’ monthly premium borne by the employee. 2.1. Candidates who have already completed an apprenticeship program in the same training area offered by this vacancy are not eligible to apply, as re-enrollment in the same program is prohibited. **EDUCATION:** Currently enrolled in Elementary School (minimum requirement). **Required proof must include:** a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC) and/or official declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both signed and stamped (valid only up to 180 days after degree completion); for currently enrolled students, a current-year enrollment certificate for the ongoing course. **DOCUMENTATION:** Must be between 14 and 23 years old on the announcement publication date. **Required proof must include:** a) Government-issued ID card (RG) containing CPF number. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
