Job Summary: A professional responsible for controlling and organizing the receipt, storage, and movement of materials in the warehouse, ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Material control and organization in the warehouse 2. Inventory management and periodic inventories 3. Focus on safety and quality standards **Description:** Control batch intake, ensuring all necessary steps for material receipt, registration, and storage are completed. Receive materials, verifying invoices, documentation, and physical condition of packaging. Store items properly in the warehouse according to each material's specific characteristics. Maintain up-to-date inventory records by performing verifications, batch segregation, and releasing materials per internal requests. Conduct periodic physical inventories, identifying quantities, references, and recording information in forms and internal systems. Regularly inspect material preservation status and proper allocation, ensuring appropriate storage practices such as FIFO and adherence to safety regulations. Maintain organization and cleanliness of storage areas and the warehouse. Perform duties related to the position as required, maintaining established quality standards. Strictly comply with company safety regulations and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE). Participate, when necessary, in operations involving oils and greases. Ensure compliance with food safety requirements, legality, integrity, and quality, reinforcing an organizational culture focused on excellence.
