Knowledge **Desirable Courses:** Customer service, Registration systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Office 365, Product and service offerings. Power BI and Protheus will be considered as differentiating skills. Driver's License Category B – desirable. Conduct data collection, organization, maintenance, handling, and archiving of information following established processes and routines. Participate in the development, implementation, monitoring, and updating of departmental processes. Participate, as a team member, in the development, execution, implementation, and evaluation of plans and projects within your area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Assist in preparing programs and delivering training related to your area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Manage inventory of materials within your department.
