Job Summary: A professional to join the Controller team, supporting the development of financial scenarios, analysis of results, and preparation of management reports for sustainable business management. Will contribute to the continuous improvement of economic and financial management. **WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:** We are seeking a professional to join our Controller team at our Bento Gonçalves/RS unit, working on-site. This person will be responsible for supporting the development of financial scenarios such as budget and forecast, contributing to the generation of strategic information that supports action plan definition and ensures sustainable business management. Additional responsibilities include supporting result analysis, preparing management reports, and conducting gain studies related to productivity and CAPEX projects. Furthermore, the Junior Controller Analyst will assist in ensuring compliance with legal, corporate, and accounting standards, contributing to the continuous improvement of the company's economic and financial management. **Responsibilities and Duties** **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Support financial planning activities such as budget and forecast under the guidance of the Senior Analyst. * Support the development of result analyses, preparation of management reports, and presentations for leadership, including variance analyses between actual results and budget. * Execute internal controls to ensure compliance with corporate policies, analyzing potential risks to the security and reliability of financial and accounting information, as well as mapping and developing, together with the Controller, processes and procedures to mitigate these risks. * Support the analysis of gains proposed in productivity projects, evaluating their impact on financial results. * Organize inventories and support fiscal registration of invoices and consumption write-off control activities. * Monitor and support internal and external audit processes. * Assist corporate finance areas with demands related to best practices, regulations, audits, and strategic projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel). * Intermediate English proficiency. * Dynamic and flexible profile.
