We are seeking an **Industrial Production Operator – Transesterification** to join our team, directly operating and monitoring the plant’s production processes. Here, we value committed professionals who pay attention to detail and are interested in working in a dynamic, collaborative industrial environment focused on continuous improvement. ### **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate and monitor plant processes, ensuring operation within pre\-established parameters for pressure, temperature, flow rate, and quality; * Perform operational adjustments, including opening and directing valves and process flows; * Monitor team operational performance, assist in correcting deviations, and support operators during their shifts; * Collect samples for laboratory analysis, review results, and adjust process variables as needed; * Complete departmental documents, reports, and operational records; * Ensure accurate handover of information between shifts and support compilation of operational data; * Maintain equipment integrity, workplace organization, and cleanliness; * Identify needs for corrective and preventive maintenance, supporting scheduling of related activities; * Comply with company standards and procedures regarding safety, quality, environment, and internal protocols.
