




Description: * Completed high school education; * At least 6 months of experience in the field or related areas. It will be an advantage if: * Computer skills, process procedures, products, equipment, SOP (Standard Operating Procedure), basic knowledge of Food Defense and Food Fraud * Verify input needs (raw materials or packaging); * Request inputs (raw materials or packaging); * Collect from the production line materials containing information for reporting (production forms and finished product sheets); * Compare daily production reports with the previous day's physical records to identify possible inconsistencies and correct them; * Enter finished or semi-finished production (dough and filling) into the company's ERP system; * Participate in inventory team activities (in case of semi-finished product reporting); * Comply with sustainability, quality management, food safety, environmental protection, occupational health and safety requirements.
