We are looking for Nutrition Assistants to join our team and handle meal orders from patients, doctors, staff, and family members to the kitchen. It is essential to have knowledge of good food handling practices and commitment to food quality and safety. We are seeking proactive, organized individuals who enjoy working in a team and have basic computer skills. Activities: * Assist in the preparation and execution of dishes according to the established menu; * Assist in the hygiene and organization of food, utensils, and kitchen equipment; * Perform pre-preparation of ingredients, such as cutting, washing, and seasoning food; * Support plating and finishing dishes, ensuring presentation and flavor; * Assist in cleaning and organizing the kitchen, following safety and hygiene standards; * Monitor food and kitchen supplies inventory, requesting restocking when necessary; * Assist in receiving and storing goods, verifying quantity and quality of received items; * Collaborate with the kitchen team in completing daily tasks and fulfilling customer orders; * Follow instructions from the head chef and other supervisors, striving for continuous professional improvement; * Ensure the proper functioning of the kitchen and compliance with food safety regulations.
