An environment where engineering is genuinely applied during execution **Sabino & Concretize Engenharia e Pinturas Prediais** is hiring an **Engineering Assistant** to provide technical and operational support for construction projects, ensuring process control, quality, and organization both on-site and in the office. Main Responsibilities * Support the engineer and construction team in **planning, execution, and control** of activities. * Conduct **quantity surveys and verification** (on-site measurements and validation of areas/services). * Prepare and update the **daily construction log**, photographic records, and execution checklists. * Monitor **schedules**, reporting physical progress, pending items, and team/material requirements. * Assist in **material control** (requisitions, receipt, verification, and consumption). * Support **quality and finishing**, including inspections at various stages (surface preparation, corrections, primer application, coats, touch-ups, and final cleaning). * Organize technical documentation: **Safety Data Sheets (SDS)**, product data sheets, procedures, reports, and project folders. * Support client/condominium interface: **notices, access authorizations, and schedule alignments**. * Support budgeting: **data collection, quotations, basic cost composition, and proposal organization**. Requirements * Technical or undergraduate degree in **Civil Engineering** (or related fields), currently pursuing or completed. * Basic/intermediate knowledge of **Excel/Google Sheets** (tables, control, and organization). * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and responsibility regarding deadlines. * Availability to work **on-site** (visits and monitoring). Advantages * Experience in **residential/industrial painting**, façades, surface corrections, and working at heights. * Familiarity with **construction planning**, measurements, reporting, and quality control. * Driver's license category B and availability for travel.
