Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks** The Senior Systems Analyst serves as both a strategic and operational bridge between business areas and information technology. This professional is responsible for analyzing, identifying, proposing, and implementing robust systemic solutions that optimize processes, support strategic decision-making, and ensure organizational operational efficiency. Their role spans from business requirements gathering and in-depth process analysis to system implementation, testing, ongoing support, and project management — proactively engaging with internal users and external vendors to ensure optimal solution alignment and performance. * Critically analyze and identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and internal customers’ use of information technology tools. * Propose and implement innovative systemic solutions based on industry best practices, ensuring alignment with defined parameters and adherence to the company’s automated processes. * Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for adopting new solutions or enhancing existing ones, evaluating cost-benefit ratios and operational impact. * Serve as the focal point for data extraction, transformation, and compilation from the ERP system and other company IT tools. * Perform detailed needs analysis for implementing changes to the Corporate System. * Interact with and negotiate with enterprise system vendors, overseeing development, testing, implementation, and support of modifications to existing programs, new modules, or newly developed applications. * Analyze the performance of deployed systems by conducting internal audits to ensure strict compliance with operational and quality standards. * Conduct thorough analyses and tests after project installations to verify that all functionalities have been implemented and operate according to specifications. * Provide proactive and reactive technical support to users of systems under their responsibility, ensuring rapid incident resolution and uninterrupted operations. * Deliver training and accompany users in utilizing internally developed or third-party acquired systems, ensuring proper functionality, user adoption, and maximum utilization. * Support the development and upskilling of Key Users (key business users), fostering internal autonomy and knowledge retention. * Participate in and/or lead process improvement and innovation projects across various departments and business units. * Monitor project progress and take necessary corrective actions to ensure delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and resource allocations. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for systems and processes, and create detailed user manuals to facilitate understanding and operation by all users. * Develop studies regarding the creation and/or modification of methodologies and procedures essential to system development and maintenance. * Support company departments in defining priorities related to systems and software by providing technical information, assessments, and budget estimates when required. * Keep immediate supervisors informed of any daily challenges encountered, seeking guidance and support to take appropriate action. * Strictly comply with company policies, quality guidelines, and occupational health and safety regulations. * Perform additional tasks of similar nature and complexity, as required by the department or leadership. **Mandatory Requirements** * Full proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), with emphasis on analytical and presentation tools. * Proven experience in relevant business processes (e.g., Finance, Logistics, Shop Floor, Procurement, Sales), including ability to understand and map workflows. * Knowledge of enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems and expert systems, including their functionalities and integrations. * Understanding of database concepts, including modeling, SQL, and data project management. * Fundamentals of systems analysis and design, including requirements elicitation techniques (functional and non-functional), functional specification, and test specification. **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience and familiarity with project management and agile software development methodologies. * Basic knowledge of system auditing and information security. * Process modeling tools. **What We Offer** * Wellhub; * OnHappy; * Sesc; * Flexible working hours.
