




We are seeking a Quality Control Assistant to join our team. The professional will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring product quality at all stages of the production process. It will be necessary to conduct tests, audits, and analyses to ensure products meet the company's quality standards. Experience in quality control will be considered a plus. Responsibilities: * Analyze, correct, and standardize product cuts according to production planning and control, as well as manage and coordinate logistics of products for packaging among other Units and the Main Unit; * Monitor product packaging by performing CO2, torque, volumetric, hermeticity, vacuum, pressure, temperature, and dissolved oxygen analyses, collecting counter-samples for Enoteca; * Conduct visual inspections and monitor labeling steps, batch printing and other information, bottle boxing, etc.; * Clean and organize glassware and equipment used for analyses and solution preparation; * Carry out other activities as required or directed by immediate supervisor, while maintaining established service quality standards; * Understand and apply food safety requirements, contributing to good manufacturing practices and strengthening the food safety culture.
