




Develop activities with frequent guidance; Report fraud, status of water and sewage connections; Report through an incident or communicate directly to the department in case of discrepancy in the registered unit; Report water leaks in the network, branch line, or meter valve; Offer water supply and sewage collection and treatment services (except in Manaus); Provide information on water supply and sewage collection and treatment services; Water disconnection and reconnection are performed according to unit needs; exclusively at Águas de Manaus SA., only LISC-type disconnection will be performed; Inspect water connections; Update commercial and technical records; Provide user service when requested; Deliver invoices and informational materials; Transfer meter readings; Replace water meters (except in Manaus); Standardize meter boxes in water connections (except in Manaus); Process debt installments (except in Manaus); Deliver ARs related to notifications for irregularities (except in Manaus); Perform water leak repairs (except in Manaus); Conduct meter reading and re-reading, inspect connections, and perform water disconnection and reconnection (except in Manaus, where reconnection is not performed in this role), aiming to verify the monthly consumption of each consumer unit and maintain customer relationships; Keep work equipment in perfect condition and clean; Comply with company norms and procedures related to the area of operation; Operate vehicles used in activities efficiently and safely; Ensure compliance with health and occupational safety regulations and properly use personal and collective protective equipment; Commit to the areas of Quality Management, Environment, and Occupational Safety; Perform other related tasks as determined by the organization, according to immediate supervisor's instructions. **Minimum Education:** High School (Secondary Education)
